Jean L. Brown

Jean LaVonne Brown 81, of Mooresville, passed away March 4, 2011. Jean is survived by her husband of 62 years, Claude Stanley Brown, Sr.; sons, Mark (Sue) Brown, Claude S. (Anita) Brown, Jr., David B. (Brenda) Brown; daughter, Dawn (Dennis) Hoskins; brother, Robert (Mary) Hutchinson; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Garnette Hutchinson; and brother, Alfred Hutchinson. Visitation for Jean will be held on Monday, March 7, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. A funeral service will follow visitation at 2 p.m. on Monday. Entombment will follow the services in Washington Park East Cemetery.
