Jazmin J. Perez

Jazmin J. Perez, passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2021 at the age of 12, just three days shy of her 13th birthday. Jazmin was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 11, 2008 to her loving parents, Edgardo R. and Carmina L. (Ramos) Perez. Jazmin just completed 7th Grade at St. Luke Catholic School. She was an excellent artist that enjoyed spending with family while also swimming, running cross country, playing cards, and watching movies. 

Jazmin is survived by her parents, Edgardo and  Carmina; siblings: Sheny, Emmanuel, and Mary; grandparents: Saul, Dominga, Herminio, and Domitila; all uncles and aunts; and many other loving extended family members and friends. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church (950 Prospect Street, Indianapolis), where friends may join from 3pm until the mass time at 4pm. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
