Jasper Grubb 92 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away April 19, 2022. He was born in Manchester, Kentucky on September 14, 1929, to the late Harvey and Fannie (Jackson) Grubb. Jasper worked a variety of jobs that included laying rail for the railroad, working at the Indianapolis Canning Factory, he worked as a Mechanic, and finally working as a Roofer for his good friend, James Petty. He enjoyed playing his guitar and banjo at church up until his eyesight became an issue, he was a former member of Marwood Baptist, and he loved spending hours in the woods hunting squirrel. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. Jasper is survived by his stepson, Wilson (Cathy) Hopkins and his grandson, James Merlin Grubb. Besides his parents he was preceded by his wives, Rosemary and Roslyn, and 2 daughters, Rhonda and Susan. Services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022, at 1pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with visitation there from 11 am until the service.
