Janice Brown, age 75 of Plainfield, IN passed away on Wednesday night, April 22, 2026.
Jan was born on May 7, 1950 in San Francisco, California, a daughter and only child of Richard and Mary (Casentini) Delucchi.
Jan married Doug Hannan on September 14, 2010 in Las Vegas. She is survived by her loving husband: Doug Hannan of Plainfield, IN.
She is also survived by one son: Michael Brown of Indianapolis, and two grandchildren: Myka Brown and Mya Brown.
Her bonus daughter: Amber (husband Brandon) Mounts of Saint Mary's, Georgia.
Jan is preceded in death by her bonus son: Ryan Hannan in 2014.
Over the years Jan enjoyed many things including art and drawing. She was an animal lover and also greatly loved to cook. She was fun to be around.
She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township Funeral Center, located at 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221.
A memorial service to celebrate Jan's life will follow at 3:00 PM.
Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township has charge of arrangements.
