56, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on November 27, 2015. Services will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 1 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Park (Conner Suite). Burial to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
