Janet M. Kelly

Janet M. Kelly of Carmel, passed away December 23, 2013. She was born in West Lafayette, Indiana on March 2, 1949 to the late Joseph and Eleanor Kelly of West Lafayette. Janet graduated from Central Catholic High School June, 1967. She then went on and received a degree in Business Administration from Miami University and was inscribed on the Dean's List. The Dean's List honors those students in the school of Business Administration who achieved a scholastic average of 3.00 or above for twelve or more credits hours of study and graduated June 12, 1971. Janet worked for Meridian Insurance as a Personal Insurance Product Specialist from August of 1990 until she retired at the end of January 2006. During her time there, Meridian Insurance changed names to State Auto. Beloved cousin and a friend to many. A memorial mass will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church with calling 1 hour prior. Inurnment will be in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Cemetery in West Lafayette, Indiana. Memorial contributions can be made to your local humane society or the charity of your choice.
