James Thomas Henderson

James Thomas "JT" Henderson, III, 19 of Carmel, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 5, 2014. JT was born October 14, 1994 in Dallas, TX. He was a senior at Options Charter School in Carmel and worked at Burger King in Carmel. JT attended Northview Church. JT is survived by his parents, James T. "Jim" Henderson, Jr. and Teressa R. "Terry" Henderson; siblings, Peter G., Emily A., and Joshua A. Henderson; grandparents, Raymond O. Jacques, Sarah A. and James "Lloyd" Bixler; and many relatives and friends. He was preceeded in death by his grandparents, Anne E. Jacques and James T. Henderson, Sr. JT lived in the moment. He brought joy and laughter to our lives. He was quick with a smile. He gave warm hugs. His heart was drawn to those in need. He would fight for what he felt was right. He never lost a chance to flirt with a pretty girl. He had a passion for writing. He was loved more than he will ever know. He will be missed beyond measure. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-325 E. Carmel Dr., Carmel, IN 46033. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2014. A private burial will be held in Carmel Cemetery.
