James Reed Whitman, 59 of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018. Jimmy was born September 26, 1958 in Indianapolis. He was a US Air Force veteran.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday, May 11 at Flanner Buchanan-Broad Ripple, where family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
Jimmy is survived by his mother, Shirley; sister, Connie (husband, Jim) Simpson; brother, Steve Whitman; nephews, Brad and Jeffrey (wife, Emily) Simpson; niece, Stefanie Simpson. He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Whitman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
