James Nau

James F. Nau 89, Indianapolis, IN passed away on August 5, 2013. He was born to parents Louis and Margaret (Krebs) Nau on July 14, 1924. James received his education from Butler University where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Business. He utilized his degree working as a Corporate Trust Supervisor for Bank One for many years. He was a member of First- Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church, a charter member of the Riviera Club, Eagle Scout and an avid Butler basketball fan. James enjoyed stamp collecting, traveling with his wife Verna all around the United States, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, and will be lovingly missed by his lovely wife of 63 years, Verna "Vicki" (Croddy) Nau, Daughter; Sylvia (Charles) Woods, grandchildren; Nathaniel (Andrea) Woods, Scott (Yvonne) Woods, great-grandchildren; Autumn, Sadie, Brecken and Grace. Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday August 9, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, with calling from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First- Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church.
