James Mueller

James Martin Mueller, 79, Indianapolis, passed away April 7, 2011. He was born June 10, 1931 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jim was a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he was a pilot. He retired as a private contractor, and had spent over 20 years at Sears & Roebuck as a controller. Jim was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, where he was very active. He enjoyed the outdoors. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Gertrude Mueller, his son, Glenn M. Mueller, his brother, John A. Mueller, and his son-in-law, Dale Williamson. He is survived by his children, Lynn M. Smith (Mark), Ross C. Mueller, Dawne E. Williamson, and James M. Mueller, Jr.; grandchildren, Keanna L. Mueller and Lauren F. Smith; brother Thomas E. Mueller; sister-in-law, Cathy Bridgeman; and nieces, Ellen and Barbara. Services will be held on Monday, April 11 at 11:30 AM at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3421 N. Park Avenue, Indianapolis, with calling at the church from 10-11:30 AM. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
