69 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on April 10, 2025. James was born on June 3, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late James and Shirley Mosby. He was a retired Crew Leader for Indy Parks (Eagle Creek Park). He was preceded in death by his son James D. Mosby, Jr. and his parents. He is survived by his wife Leann C. Mosby and sisters Debra (John) McCoy, Kathy Smith, Brenda Hunter and Mary Mosby. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 1pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.
