James Joseph “Jim” Mann

60, Indianapolis, passed away December 31, 2015. Jim was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 17, 1955 to the late James E. and Mary C. (Cuskaden) Mann. He graduated from Cathedral High School and retired as a Paramedic Supervisor from Wishard Hospital, after more than 30 years.

Jim was a thoughtful, caring and considerate man who would give the shirt off his back to help a friend. He was a compassionate caregiver both in his profession and especially to his wife, Angela. He was an avid football fan, enjoying both the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles, target practice and war history – especially planes.

Jim will be lovingly missed by his wife, Angela (Walters) Mann; sons, Shane Mann (Katie) and James Mann; and siblings: Justin G. Mann (Mae T.) and Mary E. (Mann) Donlan (John); nine nieces and nephews; and two grandchildren on the way.
Friends may call from 5pm until 8pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, and additionally on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 10am until 11am. Funeral services will follow at 11am. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
