JAMES I. SIMMONS, 70, Lebanon, died Jan. 1. He was a heavy equipment operator for 40 years with various companies, retiring in 1993. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a member of Zion Masonic Lodge 197 and American Legion Post 79.
