James Earl 'Pete' England

James Earl "Pete" England, 74, passed away June 22, 2014 at I.U. West. He was born April 8, 1940 in Portland, Tennessee to Oscar M. and Lillie A. (Butts) England. Pete retired from Olin Brass after 33 years of service. He enjoyed golf, NASCAR, gardening, working on lawn mowers, and especially being with his children and grandchildren. Pete is survived by wife Janet; children, Dewayne (Darlene), Jimmy, Paul (Tara), Gary (Angie), Wiley (Tina), Thresa (Larry) Crohn, and Susan (Kevin) Massey; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Sego, Joan Parsley, and Mary Nunn and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; 4 brothers and 1 sister. . Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home with services 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 27, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Humane Society.
