James E. Neal,

82, of Wilkinson, Indiana died peacefully on December 13, 2020. He was born in Indianapolis Indiana on March 8, 1938 to the late Edward and Mary Jo Neal. He was baptized at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church where he was also a member upon his death.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Chris Neal. He is survived by his wife, Oveda June Neal; their daughter Kimberly (Duane) DeSouza, grandson Ezrah as well as his children Jody (Rick) Black, Sherry Neal, Carrie (David) Wolfe, & Mark Neal; several grand and great grandchildren; his siblings Peggy Sparks, David (Loretta) Neal, and sister in law Sally Neal.

The family held private services at St. Joan of Arc and Jim was laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
