James E. “Jim” Jones

Age 87, of Indianapolis, passed away March 3, 2016. Jim was born in Oxford, Arkansas on June 2, 1928 to parents, John and Nellie (Gaither) Jones. He retired from Master Fit Corp, where he served as President.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nellie and his first wife, Lena R. Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L. (Caruthers) Jones; sons, Ronald G. Jones and Kevin G. Jones (Sandra); 5 grandchildren: Lisa, Jason, Christopher, Joseph and Jamie; 2 great-grandchildren: Johnny and Emalyne; and one sister, Barbara Hickinbotham (Boyd).
Calling will be held from 12:30pm until 2:30pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Funeral services will immediately follow there at 2:30pm. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Jim's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society for Prostate Cancer research.
