James E. Bray

85, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on September 4, 2020 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  James was born on September 7, 1934 in Pittsboro, Indiana to the late Ernest and Jeanette Bray.  He retired in 1999 from Kennedy Tank Manufacturing and Equipment.  He was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Patsy Gray Bray.  He is survived by his wife, Judith Bryant Bray; children, Linda Stephens, Teri (Terry) Scanland and Amy (Gregory) Bryant Loh; grandchildren, Jodi (Craig) Alexander, Drew (Stacia) Stephens, Jennifer (David) Wiwi, Nicholas Scanland, Justin Loh and Jonathan Loh; eight great-grandchildren and brothers, Thomas and Ronald Bray.  Visitation will be Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 1 pm to 2 pm with a funeral service at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.  Burial will follow at Fairfield Friends Cemetery.
