James Detmer

James E. Detmer passed away Oct. 10, 2010 at Harbour Manor in Noblesville. He was born Oct. 7, 1921 in Rising Sun, Indiana to the Late James F. and Verna Detmer. James served in the US Navy during the World War II, an agent in the FBI overseas service and worked as an investment advisor for 25 years prior to retirement in 1995. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, a Shriner and a lifelong member of 91st Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is survived by sons, Steve, Greg, daughter, Janis Detmer and 3 grandchildren, Chris, Karyn and Katherine Detmer. Service: Private.
