James Dailey

James Stephen "Jim" Dailey, 62, of Zionsville, died January 27, 2012. Jim was born March 1, 1949 in Anderson, IN to William R. and Phyllis N. Corless Dailey; they preceded him in death. Mr. Dailey was a graduate of Alexandria, IN High School, the prestigious Rhode Island School of Photography, and faithfully served his country in the US Navy. Jim had a successful career in graphic sales and was the former owner of Village Photo in Zionsville. He was a member of Zionsville United Methodist Church, and a former member of the Zionsville Rotary Club, and the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dailey is survived by his wife, Nila Young Dailey; his son, Ryan James Dailey; his daughter, Gwen Marie Dailey; his brother, William R. Dailey (Connie); his sister, Sharon Fields (Keith); many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11 am to 2 pm, Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville with a service celebrating his life and faith beginning at 2 pm, Rev. Scott Tyring officiating. Burial with Naval honors will follow at Salem Cemetery, Zionsville.
