Jadakis Henry Tywon Perry

Senior Airman Jadakis Henry Tywon Perry passed away on August 4, 2023. Jadakis was born to Latoya Apple and James Perry III on November 27, 2001, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was 21 years old.

A graduate of Lawrence North High School, Jadakis enrolled in the Airforce during the height of COVID. Once joining, he was assigned to the 356^th Aircraft Maintenance Unit & 18^th Aircraft Maintenance Unit at Eielson Air Force Base. He achieved two Load Crew of the Month awards and a Superior Performer for Exercise Iron Dagger award.

Beyond his achievements in the military, Jadakis was a positive force of motivation for all who knew him. His brother, his moms, and his father knew him as an outgoing and encouraging young man who brought joy and brightness with him into any room, at any time.

Jadakis loved to push his limits. Whether that was mentally with gaming, physically through the military or through acrobatics, or emotionally with his connection to others, he was constantly striving to be better at anything he did.

Jadakis is survived by his mother Latoya Apple; stepmother Quatia Austin; father James Perry III; stepmother Helene Perry; brothers: Jeremiah Apple, James Perry IV, and Latrell Perry; grandmothers: Cinda Brown, Mary Ann Sims, and Camilla Reedus; grandfather LaVaughn Brown; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, Godmothers, and many, many others.

Family will gather for visitation on Saturday, August 26, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East (Community Life Center) from 10 am – 12 Noon, with his funeral services immediately following beginning at 12 Noon. Entombment will take place in Washington Park East Cemetery. A repast will follow his entombment at the Post Road Community Center, 1313 S. Post Road, Indianapolis, Indiana.
