Jacquelynn Marie Lewis

Jacquelynn Marie Lewis, 23, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 5, 2013. Jackie was born September 4, 1989 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Nelson W. and Rose M. (Leist) Lewis. She was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School and had worked for the US Government for four years, the last two at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. She is survived by her parents, Nelson and Rose M. Lewis of Indianapolis; her brother, Nelson Wayne Lewis, Jr. of Indianapolis; grandparents, Michael A. and Thiep T. Leist of Indianapolis, Nelson and Kim Lewis of Indianapolis; and Johny and Brenda Shrum of Indianapolis; aunts and uncles, Joseph Lewis, Jessie Lewis, Angel Lewis, Michael N. and Carrie Leist, John V. Shrum, Zach and Karen Shrum; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services 2:00 PM, Friday, August 9, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
