Jacqueline Sue “Jackie” Moore, age 82, of Fishers, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025.

Jackie was born on November 6, 1943, in Berea, Ohio, to Lester Nungester and Martha (Williams) Nungester. She lived a life rooted in faith, love, and devotion to her family. Known for her sense of humor and deeply caring nature, Jackie had a gift for bringing warmth and comfort to those around her.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Moore, his wife Sarah, and her beloved grandchildren, David and Kathleen, who were a great source of joy and pride in her life. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Billy Sergent; her sisters-in-law, Marty (Charlie) Bronston, and Barb Fridrich; as well as several loving nieces and nephews.

Jackie was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Moore; her son, Carey Keith Moore; her sister, Judy Sergent; and her brother-in-law, Don Fridrich.

Jackie found great happiness in gardening and took pride in creating beauty through her plants and flowers. She had a lifelong love of dogs—especially her cherished Old English Sheepdogs, who held a special place in her heart. Above all, Jackie’s life was guided by her love of Jesus, which shaped her compassion, kindness, and unwavering care for others.

She will be remembered for her humor, her gentle spirit, and the love she so freely gave. Jackie leaves behind a legacy of faith, family, and warmth that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery.
