Jackie Lee Jacobs

Jackie Lee Jacobs III 33, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away February 23, 2013. Jackie was born July 19, 1979 in Indianapolis to Jackie Lee Jacobs, Jr and Jenny (Simpson) Jacobs. Jackie graduated from Warren Central High School and was a third generation Iron Worker out of Iron Workers Local 22. Jackie was an artist. He was also a member of Pleasant Valley Church in Acton to which Jackie referred to it as "The Valley". Jackie was preceded by his brother, Donald Sampson. Jackie is survived by his parents; Jackie Lee Jacobs, Jr of Indianapolis, his mother, Jenny (Simpson) Wright of Indianapolis; sons, Jamison, Jace, Dylan and Noah, sister, Jill Hall and her husband Adam of Fairland, brothers, Daemen Sampson of Columbus, IN and Stephen Wright of Indianapolis; grandparents, Jackie, Sr. and Reba Jacobs of Indianapolis, 4 nephews, 1 niece, several aunts and uncles and many friends. A Celebration of Jackie's life will be held Friday, March 1, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN, with Pastor Greg Edens officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday 10-2PM. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
