Jack Norman Hamilton

Jack N. Hamilton 87 of Lafayette, IN, a former Indianapolis resident passed away September 22, 2010. Jack was born on March 23, 1923 in Robinson, IL., the son of Harold N. and Jessie K. (Taylor) Hamilton. On August 23, 1952 Jack married Effie I. Martin in Indianapolis. He retired as a shop superintendent with Eli Lilly in Indianapolis, IN. Survivors: wife, Effie I. (Martin) Hamilton; son, Jack Jay (Robin) Hamilton of Chicago, IL.; daughters, Bonnie S. (Kevin) McDougle of Lafayette, IN., Sally K. (Randall) Johnson of Columbus, IN.; foster daughters, Pamela S. Rice of Warren, PA. and Barbara S. Ellington of Indianapolis, IN.; nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents,step father, Duncan A. Graham, and a son, Timothy Allen Hamilton. Funeral services, 1:00 pm Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis.
