Jack Lane
78 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed to his eternal home on February 20, 2013. He was born on October 11, 1934 to Kenneth and Thelma (Earl) Lane and grew up in Indianapolis. Jack served in the U S Navy in Kodiak, Alaska as an aviation photographer. He was given a commendation for bravery. After his service time he became a vocational education print shop supervisor for the I.S.T.A. and Department of Correction, Indiana Boy's School. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and Bible Study. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife and son, Klay. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia (Tate); brother, Don (Gerry); sons, Kenneth and Keith; a grandson, Brian and extended family. Private graveside services will be held on February 26, 2013 at Floral Park Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Jack may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
