Jack L. Childress,
62, of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017. Jack was born on August 19, 1955 in Lebanon, IN to Billy Childress and Helen Monforte.
Jack was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Ruth; mother, Helen; children, Joshua Childress, Jonathan Childress (Yuri), and Jenna Childress; siblings, Janet Wilder (Fred) and Eddie Downs.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Harvestime Fellowship, (7925 W. 700 S., Jamestown, IN 46147) from 10am-11am. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11am at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.
