Jack “Doc” White

73, of Indianapolis, died August 23, 2016. Jack was born on March 5, 1943 in Indianapolis to the late Robert White and Betty (Goodlet) Aragon. Jack proudly and honorably served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War, where he earned the Purple Heart. After service, Jack worked in various jobs, including as an EMT where he earned the nickname “Doc”. He most recently owned and operated Doc’s Tattoo Supply Company. Doc was a member of the VFW Post 1587 and the American Legion Post #64. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janet White in 2012. He is survived by his son Jeff (Tammy) White, his daughters Rachel Bray, Kellie (Bill) Wolfe, grandchildren Amberle (husband Kevin), Stephanie (husband Bryan), Samantha (Joey), Jacob, Channing, Justin, Megan, Joel and great grandchildren Nathaniel, Ethan, Peyton and Nashton. Memorial visitation will be held Friday from 2pm-5pm with memorial services at 5:00pm Friday at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park. Inurnment will be in Floral Park Cemetery at a later date.
