Jack Baker Jack Baker, 54 of Meza, AZ formerly of Mooresville, IN passed away Monday January 27, 2014. He was born October 7, 1959 in Fort Payne, AL to his loving parents Joseph and Evelyn Baker. Jack loved to play golf and was very much involved with his work in occupational health and safety. He will be very missed by his family and friends. Jack is survived by his parents, Joseph and Evelyn; His loving wife, LeeAnn Baker (Bannister); children, Scott Baker, Robert (Dawn) Baker; Grandchildren, Tony, Christian, Tyler, Kyla, Summer, Sierra, Branson; and his Father and Mother in-law, Robert and Sandra Bannister, sister, Michelle McClughen ,4 sister-in-laws and 7 brother-in-laws, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Jack will be on February 8, 2014 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Decatur, with funeral services following the visitation at 2:00 pm at the Funeral Center.
