Jacinto "Jess" Rodriguez, 87 of Indianapolis was born May 14, 1928 and passed away December 1, 2105. He was born in Havana, Cuba to Jacinto and Maria Rodriguez, who precede him in death. Jess served in the Cuban Navy and came to the United States in his youth. He lived in Washington, DC before moving to Michigan where he began his career with Ford Motor Company. He came to Indianapolis to help start the Ford Plant. He retired from Ford as an Electrical Engineer.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Ada Rodriguez and Hilda Fleming. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Pat Rodriguez, children, Suzan (Alan) Rodriguez-Fein, Mark (Ruth) Rodriguez, Scott Rodriguez and Sean (Alexia) Rodriguez, sisters, Sylvia Elsa Bernhardt and Nancy Asencio, and grandchildren, Natalie (Ricky), Mark, Tyler, Maggie, Nick, Elliott, Thomas Jacinto, Cosmo, Olivia and Zoe.
