Isaiah “Ike” Boles
Isaiah Boles was born August 2, 1941 to the late Robert andLouisana Boles in Millen, Georgia.
He accepted Christ at a young age at Morrison Grove BaptistChurch in Millen, Georgia. Isaiahgraduated from Burgess Landham High School. After graduating he proudly served his country in the United StatesArmy.
On June 21, 1969 Isaiah united in holy matrimony to ForsteneChapman and to this union one daughter was born Stacey K. Walker. He joined New Bethel Missionary BaptistChurch, Indianapolis, IN where he proudly served as a deacon, usher and sangwith the kingsmen.
Isaiah was a member of CentralLodge #1 and Constantine Consistory °25. Those who knew him called him Ike.
Ike retired from Allison Transmission where he was employedas a rework transmission mechanic. He was an exceptionally hard worker. He dedicated his life to providing for hisfamily. He enjoyed dogs and was an avidchess player.
Ike was proceeded in death by his parents and brother RobertBoles, Jr.
Ike is survived by wife Forstene, daughter Stacey (Gil)Walker, niece Valerie Boles of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, sister in laws Mary Boles ofFt. Lauderdale, FL and Marie (Calvin) Franklin of Indianapolis, IN, Olean Brownof Memphis, TN, brother in laws Willie Chapman, Jr of Indianapolis, IN,Sylvester Chapman of Maywood, IL, Terrel (Jeane) Chapman of Memphis, TN and ahost of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
