Iris C. Wheeler

Iris C. Wheeler 97 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away November 28, 2012. Iris was a former Home Care Worker and had worked at Kingan Meat Packing Co. Survivors: Children, Glen (Shirley) Murphy, Vernon (Sue) Murphy, Donald Murphy, Helen (Lyle) Murphy Ottele, Karen (Jerry) Pruitt and Lindzie (Vickie) Murphy; son- in - law, Robert Clark, 55 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Herlan Murphy, daughters, Betty Murphy Clark and Bonnie Murphy. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan – Memorial Park 9350 E. Washington St. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the funeral center. Burial, Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
