Ihab Mohy El-Din Saleh
April 24, 1970 – June 16, 2023

Ihab was born on April 24, 1970 in Alexandria, Egypt. He immigrated to Indianapolis, IN in September, 1978 with his father, mother, and two sisters. Ihab is survived by his daughter, Kazie Saleh, his two sons, Quade Saleh and Dheaven Williams, his grand-daughter, Lillian Grace, his mother, Marcelle Saleh, and his two sisters, Iman (Kiritsis) and Omayma Saleh. He is preceded in death by his son, Nathan Saleh, and father, Mohy Saleh. Ihab enlisted in the United States Navy in 1989 and completed his service with Honors in 1993. He was stationed with his ex-wife (Karrie Marschke Mulder) and children at the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. While in the U.S. Navy, he earned his training and education as an Aviation Electronic Technician. Ihab was later engaged to Leasa Williams, mother of Dheaven Williams. Ihab loved his family and did not know a stranger. He would take his shirt off his back for anyone and would feed others before himself. He was loving, compassionate, intelligent, witty, and generous. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, barbecuing, and cooking. He loved our Lord God and loved his country and was most proud to serve our nation. We love you so much Ihab and you will be so missed. Thank you for your service.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-6pm at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. A graveside service will be held at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens on Friday at 10am. Online condolences may be shared at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
