Ida P. Short

Ida P. Short 92, passed away January 1, 2013 at Northwest Healthcare. She was born March 18, 1920 in Valeene, IN to John A. and Ethel V. (Hollen) Sillings. She had been a long time member of Ben Davis Christian Church. Ida is survived by son, Paul "Sonny" Short, (Peggy); four grandchildren, Paul "Len"(Rachel), Kevin (Carla), Daniel (Domenica), and Katherine (Justin) McHone; 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, A. Paul Short; 5 sisters and 1 brother. Services will be 11:00 A.M. January 5, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. with visitation from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. January 4, 2013 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ben Davis Christian Church, Building Fund.
