72 of Beech Grove, Indiana, passed away on July 19, 2024. Herbert was born on March 26, 1952, in San Francisco, California. He was retired from Indianapolis Public School System. He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Browning and son, David Browning. He is survived by his wife, Maxie Lee Browning, son, Gary (Deanne) Browning, grandson, Stephen Browning, and sisters, Darla (Bobby) Phillips and Jamie (Richard) Brown. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 1 pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
