Helen L. Whiting

Helen L. Whiting 73, Indianapolis, IN passed away January 20, 2014. Helen was born on May 2, 1940 in Kentucky, the daughter of Audi V. and Mary Ann (McCloud) Burdine. Helen had worked at Mitchell & Scott Machine Co. for 25 years and Walmart for 10 years. She was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors: husband, Billy Whiting; sons, Bobby Tetrick, Billy (Kathy) Garrigus and Bruce (Anna) Whiting; daughters, Karen Stockwell, Sue Cronk, Debra (Brian) Smith and Vicki (Brandon) McClain; brother, Charles Burdine; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park 425 N. Holt Road. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, January 24, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan. Entombment, Floral Park Cemetery. Contributions: American Heart Association.
