Helen K. Sorley

Helen K. Sorley 76, formerly of Fort Myers Beach, Florida passed away in Indianapolis, IN on February 1, 2015. She was born on December 8, 1938 to the late Nicholas and Gertrude Knorr. Helen worked as a medical assistant and retired after 36 years of service. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star and The Sweet Adeline's. Helen enjoyed singing, dancing and traveled many places over the years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Everett L. Sorley Sr. Helen is survived by her children; Jennie (John) Schenck, Everett Jr., (April) Sorley, Greg Sorley, sister; Bonita (Steve) Westfall, brother; Robert (Beverly) Knorr, grandchildren; Katrina (Christopher), Jonathan (Stacey), Wesley, Reece (Julia), Madison, Christopher (Krystel), Jenny, Logan, great-grandchildren; Kaleb, Brooklyn, Katelyn, Rowen and Wrynlea. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 4pm-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., with a service on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 1000am.
