Helen Darlene Dunegan Croke

Helen "Darlene" Dunegan Croke, 81 of Carmel, passed away on Tuesday, January 6th, 2015. Darlene was born February 28, 1933 in Mannford, OK to the late Orville and Ellen Dunegan. She retired from the Ft. Benjamin Harrison Finance Center in 1994. An avid golfer, Darlene was a member of various ladies golf leagues at both Ft. Harrison and River Glen golf courses. A service celebrating Darlene's life will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 11th at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel, where family and friends are invited to gather from 12:00 pm until the time of the service. Darlene was the widow of Thomas Croke. She is survived by her children, Beverly (husband, Tom) Borders, Dennis (wife, Lana) Whetstone and Becky Whetstone Cheetham; grandchildren, Brandi (Tony) Crum, Stephanie Borders, Cody and Camden Cheetham; great granddaughter, Katelyn Crum; sisters, Ann Cravens and Lyndia (husband, Ron) Grattopp; stepson, Thomas W. (wife, Cheri) Croke; step granddaughters, Michelle (husband, Dan) Bandy and Amanda (husband, David) Kordas; several step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter C.
