Harry R. Poland

Harry R. Poland, Jr., 80, Indianapolis passed away May 14, 2015. He was born March 23, 1935 in Indianapolis to the late Harry and Mary (Prichard) Poland. Harry had served 29 years as a firefighter. He an antique custom car enthusiast, avid golfer and loved gambling and boats. Harry is survived by his daughters, Terri Spidel and Connie Koza; sisters, Betty Kernodle and Freda Stephenson; brothers, Fred, David and Greg Poland. Services will be 12 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm Monday, May 18, 2015 and one hour prior to services Tuesday. Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be directed to Fireman's Fund.
