HAROLD O’NEAL ELLINGTON, 65, Indianapolis, died Nov. 5. He was a machinist 18 years for Allison Transmission Division of General Motors Corp. He was a member of Prince Hall Masonic Lodge and the Elks Lodge. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
