Harold Gibson

Harold Gibson Jr., 95, of Indianapolis, passed away October 26^th, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis to parents Harold Sr., and Margret (Suiter) Gibson.

Harold grew up in Indy and graduated from Warren Central High School.

He had a long career with Kroger in the bakery department. He retired in 1994.

Harold was introduced to the love of his life, Roice. They only dated for a few short weeks before marrying and spent over 60 wonderful years together. Roice passed away December 31^st, 2018.

Harold’s faith was very strong, and very important to him. He was a faithful member of Garfield Heights Church of Christ, and later in life, Stop 11 Road Church of Christ.

Harold was a strong-willed gentleman. He was proud to live at his home for over 60 years and enjoyed maintaining the property. Harold enjoyed motor vehicles, namely his Harley motorcycle and his red truck. When He and Roice were younger, they loved to travel seeing many places, like the sunny beaches of Hawaii and Florida, and even Alaska.

Harold is survived by his sister-in-law Jerle Alfrold; nephew Kenneth; nieces Kayla, Halli, and Autumn.; and many more; great nieces and nephews Jaxon, Ariel, Mia, Remington,

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Roice; and his siblings.

Visitation for Harold will be Wednesday November 1^st from 5-9pm at Flanner Buchanan Washington park East. Additional visitation will be Thursday November 2^nd from 10-11am, with his funeral beginning at 11am.
