HARLEY P. EVANS, 60, Indianapolis, died April 28, 2003.
He was retired after 21 years with the U.S. Army in 1984.
Services will be at 11 a.m. May 2 at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center -Decatur Township, with visitation from 5 to 9 p.m. May 1.
