Gregory Allan Kaupke

On August 4, 2026, at age 68, Gregory A Kaupke passed away after battling lung cancer for 19 months. We will forever miss his wonderful smile and loving heart. Greg was a Donor and gave his eyes to help two people see again.

Born in Rensselaer, Indiana, on August 11, 1957, and growing up in Morocco, Indiana, he had the best upbringing surrounded by wonderful parents, siblings, grandparents, five aunts and five uncles, and their families. After graduating North Newton High School, he studied at Indiana University School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He was a loving father, small business owner, project manager, and finance director before retiring in 2023.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Richard A Kaupke, his mother, Myrtle “Dottie” (Bingham) Kaupke, and his brother, Richard (Kathleen) Kaupke.

Greg is survived by his second wife of 30 years, Beatrice Kaupke (aka Mary Poppins), his two daughters from his first marriage, Kryssa Kaupke and Katrina Kaupke, his sister Margaret (Martin) Jones, brother David (Teresa) Kaupke, and sister Michelle (Doug) Willis.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Morocco First United Methodist Church with Visitation at 11:30 AM CT (Central Time) and Service at 12:30 PM CT. Lunch to follow at the American Legion.
