Gregg Bernhold

Gregg Bernhold, 52, Carmel, passed away June 4, 2015. He was born July 18, 1962, in St. Mary's, Ohio, the son of Roland and Patricia (Shenk) Bernhold. Gregg was a 1980 graduate of Minster High School. He later received his Bachelor's of Science from Miami University. He was a member of Carmel Lutheran Church, where he participated in the church choir. He was also an active participant of Alcoholics Anonymous. Gregg was an animal lover of his cats and dogs, and he was a sports enthusiast especially while watching his sons compete. He enjoyed playing golf and piano, working in the yard, and was a cigar aficianado. He is survived by his father, Roland (Mary) Bernhold; mother of his children, Linda (Woodard) Bernhold; two sons, Parker and Spencer Bernhold; siblings, Mark (Sue) Bernhold, Bruce (Audra) Bernhold, Pam (Mike) Fischer; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his mother. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, at Carmel Lutheran Church, 4850 E. Main Street, Carmel. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive, and also one hour prior to the church service.
