Grace R. Whitehead

Grace R. Whitehead 87, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on September 13, 2013. She was born August 22, 1926 in Indianapolis; IN. Grace attended Life Tabernacle Church where she loved playing the steel guitar. She worked for the Sheriff's Department before retiring from Naval Avionics. Grace is survived by her son Steve (Jo Ann) Whitehead, grandsons Todd (Monica) and Tobey (Annette) Whitehead, granddaughter Crystal Whitehead and great-grandchildren Tori, Zack and Cortney Whitehead, Tyler and Katie Ferguson. Grace is preceded in death by her husband Charles "Gene" Whitehead, son Robert Whitehead and daughter-in-law Sandy Whitehead. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday September 17, 2013 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 Holt Rd., Indianapolis, IN, with a Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday September, 18 2013 at 10:00am.
