Gloria Janet (Homburg) Shepard

Passed away at the age of 73 in her home surrounded by the love of her family and devoted husband. She was born October 23, 1942 in Indianapolis IN. Janet was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School class of 1961. She married her high school sweetheart Ralph Shepard June 11, 1961. She was a compassionate mother of her 4 children, Melissa Griggs
(David), Todd Shepard (Sandra), Thomas Shepard (Kristina) and Melynda. She adored her grandchildren; Lauren, Cassandra, Brandon, Chandler, Lindsey, Caitlin, Tessa, Bryce, Izabelle; and Great Grandmother to Blake, Ezekiel and Ruth. She loved working outside, spending time with her grandchildren, enjoying the warm weather, traveling, reading, taking vacations, and playing with her dachshund. She was a warm and considerate soul whose compassion and kindness was felt by family and friends alike.
