Glodene 'Dee' Godme

Glodene "Dee" Godme of Indianapolis, died December 29, 2012 at the age of 79. Glodene was born on December 24, 1933 and was the daughter of Big Roy and Goldie Walton. Glodene "Dee" was a graduate of Tech High School in 1953. She worked for Kroger/Kemba Credit Union for 36 years, retiring in 1997 as the branch Manager. Dee is survived by her sons Douglas, Roy and Scott; daughters-in-law Susan, Lora, and Kelly; Grandchildren Carrie, Robbie, Julie, Joe, Brittney, Samantha, Stacey and Lance; and Great Grandchildren Braidon, Shelby, Maci, Ronnie, Faith, Hannah, Christian and Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Charles R. Godme whom she married on May 26, 1951 and one grandson, Daniel. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 2 from 10 AM to 1 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis with a Funeral Service beginning at 1 PM.
