Gladys Graham

Gladys Graham 97 of Indianapolis passed away on March 15, 2022. She was born January 14, 1925 in Crab Orchard, Kentucky to Ewell and Emma (Maupin) Hopkins.

Gladys attended school in Crab Orchard, KY while growing up on the Hopkins farm before her marriage in 1946 to a WWII veteran from Georgia that lasted almost 70 years. After moving to Indianapolis in 1951, she worked for the RCA Corporation retiring after 33 years. While working a daily job and raising a family, Gladys always found time for her hobbies; raising rose bushes, gardening and canning vegetables for the family. She lost the love of her life 2015, but she lived a wonderful life and was loved by her family and many friends!

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert T. Graham, Sr., Brothers, Ernest, Hershel, Donald, Eugene and Charles; Sisters, Beatrice, Alice, Goldie and Mary.

Gladys is survived by son, Robert T. Graham, Jr. and daughter Sharon Sue Bonn (Phillip); four grandchildren Robert, David, Jason, Michelle; three great-grandchildren, Kayla, Loren, Jaden and one great-great grandson, Rowan; and one sister Wanda Rollinson of Florida.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 12PM noon to 1PM with funeral services to begin at 1PM all held at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
