Gladys E. Ozman

Gladys E. (Clifton) Ozman, age 96, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2014, with a strong faith in Jesus Christ. Gladys was born in Eden/Leaksville, North Carolina on April 21, 1918 to the late Willie and Mary Jane (Lawrence) Clifton. Survivors include her children, Jane (Mike) Elson and Mark (Gayle) Ozman; 7 grandchildren, Joshua Humble, Christine(David) Barrett, Jennifer(Chris) Nugent, Chelsea(Bryan) Moll, Michael Elson, Nanci(Scott) Churchill, Amy Ozman; 15 great grandchildren, Sierra May, Madison, Clayton, Emma, Austin, Jaylin, Kaily, Mason, Alex, Abby, Foster, Naomi, Abigayle, Avery, Zachery; two brothers, Bob Clifton and Bill(Shelby) Clifton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ozman, four brothers, Douglas Clifton, Royce Clifton, Henry Clifton, Euel Clifton; two sisters, Ella Mae Gillie, and Pauline Wall. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Flanner and Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street. Entombment to follow at 2:30 PM at Washington Park North Cemetery. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
