Gerald Lee Woodall

Gerald Lee Woodall, 78, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. He was born on June 28, 1937 in Lafayette, IN to the late Henry and Lucinda (LeBegue) Woodall. Gerald was a 1956 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and served 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. He worked as a mechanic and custodian for AMF Raceway Lanes for 36 years, retiring in 2005. Gerald was a 50 year member of the Tippecanoe Masonic Lodge 492 and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was also a member of West Pines Baptist Church. Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Margene (Holeman) Woodall; children, Thomas Woodall, Wendy (Michael) Marsee, Gregory (Brandee) Woodall; and 4 grandchildren, Brittany McHugh, Zachary Woodall, Allison Woodall, Emilee Woodall. Gerald is also survived by 2 brothers, Donald Ray and Dee Wayne Woodall. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 1pm-5pm at Flanner and Buchanan –Speedway. Funeral services will be Monday morning at 11am, also in the funeral home. Burial will follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.
