Georgia Anna Bradley

November 26, 1911 — July 24, 2016

Georgia Anna Bradley, born November 26, 1911 in Wild Rose, North Dakota, passed away Sunday July 24 at the age of 104 1/2.

She saw the country when it was the rugged who survived, and she did. No air conditioning, cooking on open fires, people making their won soap, she saw it all.

After her marriage to Paul, a marriage that lasted 80 years, she aided in the starting up Bradley Electric, and was an integral partner in growing the business in size. More importantly, in respect. They were considered honorable, honest, trustworthy and just a pleasure with which to do business. Rare combinations.

Next they started LaSalle Realty, a very successful business with Georgia as on of the key, licensed, Real Estate agents. She flourished and had a great deal of repeat business, a rarity even today.

As co-pilot to Paul's Skyways Unlimited air photography business, she received a diploma as a "Lady CoPilot-Groundschool," a flying trained side-kick.

Once you met Georgia Bradley, you would never forget her.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Paul and Diana Bradley, and by her caring friends Milana Riggs and Kurt Staletovich.

Her husband of 80 years passed away in June of 2011 two weeks following their 80th wedding anniversary. Georgia was proceeded in death by her Daughters Nancy Wolf and Charlene Barber as well as her sisters Virginia Kennedy, Maryland Qualkenbush, Carolina Brissey, and Dakota Hallman.

Georgia leaves 9 grandchildren, Deborah Morgan, Christopher Damiano, Sean Duggan, Franz Kleppinger, Victor Damiano, Paul Barber, Julie Lewandowski, Victoria Fierro, and Cynthia Lowe.

Great grandchildren include Destin and Chloe Promiscuo, Vander and Devyn Damiano, Rachel Lowe, Rebekah, Adam, and John Stahlbusch, Delaney, Reese, and Claire Duggan, and Vincent Damiano.

Viewing will be Friday 7/29 from 6-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Ave., Indianapolis, 46220. The funeral follows Saturday at 10 am, and Chaplin Gary Scott will be presiding.
